Plano, Texas — October 7th, 2009 — The Hope Center Foundation today announced that Need Him Ministries, Liberty Institute (formerly known as Free Market Foundation), and Hope For The Heart are among the first of nearly 40 distinct Christian ministries to occupy the new Hope Center campus located in Plano.
